Born on June 13, 1895 in Guanabacoa, Cuba, Emilio Palmero (Emilio Antonio Palmero) played for the New York Giants, St. Louis Browns, Washington Senators and Boston Braves over the course of his 5 year career. Palmero broke into the bigs on September 21, 1915 with the New York Giants, and put up a 5.00 ERA in 90 innings pitched in 1921, his rookie year.
