Emil Brown (Emil Quincy Brown) was born on December 29, 1974 in Chicago, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on April 3, 1997 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 2001, his rookie year, he hit .190 with 3 home runs and 13 RBI. Brown played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, San Diego Padres and Kansas City Royals over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that Emil Brown's best season was 2005, when he slugged 17 home runs, hit for a .286 average and knocked in 86 runs.
