Emanuel Mcneil (Emanuel McNeil) was born on June 9, 1967 in Richmond, Virginia. After going to high school at Highland Springs (VA), Mcneil attended the University of Tennessee-Martin. Mcneil made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New York Jets and New England Patriots over the course of his 2 year career.
