Elmo Kelly (Elmo L. Kelly) was born on February 10, 1917 in Tipton, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Tipton (OK), Kelly attended Wichita State University. Kelly made his professional debut in the NFL in 1944 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
