Elmer Kolberg (Elmer Frank Kolberg) was born on January 21, 1916 in Orange, California. Kolberg attended Oregon State University. Kolberg made his professional debut in the NFL in 1939 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1940 was Elmer Kolberg's best year.
