Born on July 11, 1966 in Nizao, Peravia (Dominican Republic), Efrain Valdez (Efrain Antonio Valdez) played for the Cleveland Indians and Arizona Diamondbacks over the course of his 3 year career. Valdez broke into the bigs on August 13, 1990 with the Cleveland Indians.
