Born on August 29, 1979 in Caracas, Distrito Federal (Venezuela), Eduardo Villacis (Eduardo Enrique Villacis) played for the Kansas City Royals for his entire 1 year career. Villacis broke into the bigs on May 1, 2004 with the Kansas City Royals.
