Edgerrin James won't be happy for long

This is old news but Colts running back Edgerrin James went towards the money and signed with the Cardinals. He is gonna be happy for a while with his new contract, but when the Cards start doing the opposite of the Colts he isn't going to be very happy. He will question his decision for a long time with lots of what ifs. The Colts should have won the superbowl, and they could win it this year, but James won't be very happy with his new team. My guess is he is going to try and stick it out, but secretly want to be traded.

EDIT: The Cardinals might not be on top, but from reading other sources and comments, they are going up

You are really discounting the cardinals. Depending on what happens with seattle, this team could at least be the second best in the division. And if the curse holds true, they might be the best...A little help with the lines and they area contender for a playoff spot, especially w/ a weak schedule

I don't think he did just go for the money. That team is building a legitimate offense. I don't know much about their defense, but you can't argue with having Matt Leinart under center, with James, Fitzgerald and Boldin as supporting weapons. I'm not gonna make any declarations, but this team is headed in a good direction. Fans can obviously sense it, too - 2006 season tickets are sold out.

My concern with the Cards involves the O-line and QB. I don't know if the o-line can protect Warner from getting hit to the point that he gets that deer in headlights look again.

Power packed offense, no defense to speak of. Seems to me James will be very use to this situation.

Seems I'm in the majority here. Arizona will be decent at worst this year.

Their offensive line was hands down the worst run-blocking OL in the NFL last year. You don't win division titles like that.

You think that might not also have something to do with a lack of running back to hand the ball to?
