Eddie Wilson (Edward Adair Wilson) was born on August 14, 1940 in Redding, California. After going to high school at Chandler (AZ), Wilson attended the University of Arizona. Wilson made his professional debut in the AFL in 1962 with the Dallas Texans. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs, Boston Patriots and Dallas Texans over the course of his 4 year career.

Most people believe that 1963 was Eddie Wilson's best year.
