Eddie Kawal (Edward Joseph Kawal) was born on October 13, 1909 in Cicero, Illinois. After going to high school at Morton (Cicero, IL), Kawal attended the University of Illinois and Widener University. Kawal made his professional debut in the NFL in 1931 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears and Washington Redskins over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1935 was Eddie Kawal's best year.
