Eddie Jackson (Eddie Paul Jackson, Jr.) was born on December 19, 1980. After going to high school at Richardson (TX), Jackson attended the University of Arkansas. Jackson made his professional debut in the NFL in 2004 with the Carolina Panthers. He has played for the Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers over the course of his 3 year career.
