Eddie Hill (Eddie Wayne Hill) was born on May 13, 1957 in Nashville, Tennessee. After going to high school at Hillsboro (Nashville, TN), Hill attended the University of Memphis. Hill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1979 was Eddie Hill's best year.
