Eddie Britt (Edward Joseph Britt) was born on July 19, 1912 in Lexington, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Lexington (MA), Britt attended Holy Cross College. Britt made his professional debut in the NFL in 1936 with the Boston Redskins. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers, Washington Redskins and Boston Redskins over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1936 was Eddie Britt's best year.
