Ed Weisacosky (Edward L. Weosacosky) was born on May 4, 1944 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Pottsville (PA), Weisacosky attended the University of Miami. Weisacosky made his professional debut in the NFL in 1967 with the New York Giants. He played in the NFL for 4 years, playing for the New England Patriots, New York Giants and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 4 year NFL career.Weisacosky also played in the AFL for 2 years, playing for the Miami Dolphins the entire time.
Most people believe that 1969 was Ed Weisacosky's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
