Ed Voytek (Edward Louis Voytek) was born on April 4, 1935 in Cleveland, Ohio. After going to high school at Cathedral Latin (Cleveland, OH), Voytek attended Purdue University. Voytek made his professional debut in the NFL in 1957 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.
