Ed Stacco (Edward Adams Stacco) was born on April 16, 1924 in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. Stacco attended Colgate University. Stacco made his professional debut in the NFL in 1947 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Washington Redskins and Detroit Lions over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1947 was Ed Stacco's best year.
