Ed Schenk (Edward Schenk) was born on December 20, 1960. Schenk attended Baldwin-Wallace University and the University of Central Florida. Schenk made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 1 year career.
