Ed Parks (Edward Harry Parks) was born on February 26, 1917 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Shawnee (OK), Parks attended Oklahoma State University. Parks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the Washington Redskins. He played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the Washington Redskins the entire time. Parks also played in the AAFC for 1 year, playing for the Chicago Rockets the entire time.
