Ed Mccaffrey (Edward T. McCaffrey) was born on August 17, 1968 in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Central Catholic (Allentown, PA), Mccaffrey attended Stanford University. Mccaffrey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the New York Giants. He played for the Denver Broncos, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 13 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was Ed Mccaffrey's best year, as he hauled in 101 receptions, had 1317 receiving yards and caught 9 TD passes.
