Ed Hirsch (Edward Norman Hirsch) was born on March 26, 1921 in Clarence, New York. After going to high school at Williamsville, Hirsch attended Northwestern University. Hirsch made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1947 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1947 was Ed Hirsch's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
After his retirment of the Bills, he had 4 children. Christopher Hirsch Micheal Hirsch Mark Hirsch Kristina Hirsch and his wife was Jeanne Hirsch
