Ed Hearn (Edward John Hearn) was born on August 23, 1960 in Stuart, Florida. He made his Major League debut on May 17, 1986 for the New York Mets. In 1986, his rookie year, he hit .265 with 4 home runs and 10 RBI. Hearn played for the New York Mets and Kansas City Royals over the course of his 3 year career.
