Ed Gremminger

Ed Gremminger (Lorenzo Edward Gremminger) was born on March 30, 1874 in Canton, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on April 21, 1895 for the Cleveland Spiders. In 1902, his rookie year, he hit .257 with 1 home run and 65 RBI. Gremminger played for the Cleveland Spiders, Boston Beaneaters and Detroit Tigers over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that Ed Gremminger's best season was 1903, when he knocked in 56 runs.
