Ed Chlebek (Edward Chlebek) was born on February 9, 1940 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Western (Detroit, MI), Chlebek attended Western Michigan University. Chlebek made his professional debut in the AFL in 1963 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
