Ed Brawley (E.F. Brawley) was born on July 17, 1888 in Boston, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Medford (MA), Brawley attended Holy Cross College. Brawley made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Cleveland Tigers. He played for the Cleveland Tigers for his entire 1 year career.
