Ed Blaine (Edward Homer Blaine) was born on January 30, 1940 in Farmington, Missouri. After going to high school at Farmington (MO), Blaine attended the University of Missouri. Blaine made his professional debut in the NFL in 1962 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1964 was Ed Blaine's best year.
