Ed Beinor (Joseph Edward Beinor) was born on November 16, 1917 in Harvey, Illinois. After going to high school at Bloom Township (Harvey, IL), Beinor attended the University of Notre Dame. Beinor made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Washington Redskins and Chicago Cardinals over the course of his 3 year career.
