Earle Brucker (Earle Francis Brucker, Sr.) was born on May 6, 1901 in Albany, New York. He made his Major League debut on April 19, 1937 for the Philadelphia Athletics. In 1937, his rookie year, he hit .259 with 6 home runs and 37 RBI. Brucker played for the Philadelphia Athletics for his entire 4 year career.
