Earl Dotson (Earl Christopher Doston) was born on December 17, 1970 in Beaumont, Texas. After going to high school at Westbrook (Beaumont, TX), Dotson attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University-Kingsville and Tyler Junior College. Dotson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 10 year career.
