ESPN Does Not Understand Fantasy Baseball

by Tylersalt

In the "Fantasy Impact" box on the box score of the Blue Jays' victory over the Yankees game today on Baseball Tonight, the following line is posted.

Farnsworth (NYY): IP, 0 H, 0 R, 8 pitches

Several things strike me here.  First of all, pitches is not a fantasy category.  Second of all, anyone who owns the guy who inspired this and many others like this is a lost cause in the fantasy world -- maybe because he's taking fantasy advice from Baseball Tonight.

The so-called fantasy experts must have taken a break. Either that, or ESPN has NO experts whatsoever!! But I'm glad the Blue Jays beat the (DAMN) Yankees.

Baseball Tonight was just happy to show fans that Farnsworth could actually throw a clean inning that they put it in the wrong box.
