The show has become absolute crap...how about any show that uses more than 1 analyst and said analysts talk for more than a minute...or yell at you or tell you how it should be done even though if they really effin knew, they'd be the ones doing it (steve Phillips, I'm talking to you)...

Or times when we give really stupid nicknames to people (berman, Brown paper Bagwell and live and let jermaine dye...no...please stop)

Or sportswriters who are so bored than need to talk at us...like we care...look i write enough stupid shit no one cares about, i don't need to read your equally useless dribble

Or When former backup QBs talk...in general (salisbury) and think they know things, when in fact, they couldn't play their way out of a paper bag...

Or Players who were good...but can't talk (keyshawn, Irvin, kruk...the list goes on) and are utterly uneducated/talented at sports analysis...

AS much as I hate what they've become (a reason to give too many people to think they have a clue about sports) ESPN was generally a good thing that's time is past due.

it's sad, but other than PTI (I'll admit it, i like it) and Baseball Tonight, there's not a show on ESPN that I can watch without wanting to break something. But the bottom of the barrel has to be Sportcenter (what a fall from grace!) and Jim Rome is burning (what a douchebag that guy is!)

by the way, does anyone have a clue as to what the hell happened to ESPN Classic? It used to be great 1980s NBA games and classic NCAA, now it's all poker, bullriding and American Gladiators. Seriously, what happened to it? Given the full range options, no programming exec could have really thought that this is the best lineup! Did they lose the rights to stuff or something?

At the very least they could stop calling it "Classic"!!!

I miss Playmakers. That show was effing awesome. Didn't the NFL step in and say, this isn't accurate, you need to cancel it? Is that what happened. Someone explain, I need some closure.
