E.J. Henderson (Eric N. Henderson) was born on August 3, 1980 in Aberdeen, Maryland. After going to high school at Aberdeen (MD), Henderson attended the University of Maryland. Henderson made his professional debut in the NFL in 2003 with the Minnesota Vikings. He has played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 4 year career.

Most people believe that 2006 was E.J. Henderson's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
