Dwayne Dixon (Dwayne Keith Dixon) was born on August 2, 1962 in Gainesville, Florida. After going to high school at Santa Fe (Alachua, FL), Dixon attended the University of Florida. Dixon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1984 was Dwayne Dixon's best year.
