Dwaine Board (Dwaine P. Board) was born on November 29, 1956 in Rocky Mount, Virginia. After going to high school at Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA), Board attended North Carolina A&T State University. Board made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Dwaine Board's best year, as he recorded 13 sacks, recovered 5 opponents fumbles and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
