Dutch Webber (Howard Gilbert Webber) was born on December 15, 1901 in Oxford, Nebraska. Webber attended Kansas State University. Webber made his professional debut in the NFL in 1924 with the Kansas City Blues. He played for the Green Bay Packers, Providence Steam Roller, Cleveland Bulldogs, New York Giants, Kansas City Cowboys and Kansas City Blues over the course of his 6 year career.
