Born on December 27, 1920 in Columbia, Tennessee, Dutch McCall (Robert Leonard McCall) played for the Chicago Cubs for his entire 1 year career. McCall broke into the bigs on April 27, 1948 with the Chicago Cubs, and put up a 4.82 ERA in 151.1 innings pitched in 1948, his rookie year.
