Durwood Roquemore (Durwood Clinton Roquemore) was born on January 19, 1960 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at South Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX), Roquemore attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University-Kingsville. Roquemore made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1983 was Durwood Roquemore's best year, as he picked off 4 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
