Drew Hill (Andrew Hill) was born on October 5, 1956 in Newman, Georgia. After going to high school at Newman (GA), Hill attended Georgia Institure of Technology. Hill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Houston Oilers, Los Angeles Rams and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 14 year career.

Most people believe that 1988 was Drew Hill's best year, as he hauled in 72 receptions, had 1141 receiving yards and caught 10 TD passes.
