  1. Baseball at any level, at anytime. Can do without aluminum bats, but oh, well. And if you haven't seen a Puerto Rican or otherwise Caribbean League game yet, what the H E double hockey sticks are you waiting for?
  2. March Madness, especially when a 13 beats a 4. And no George Mason cracks.
  3. NHL
  4. Back nine on Sunday in a Major, especially Augusta.
  5. Boxing. I miss it, because there really hasn't been a great, edge of your seat fight since Leonard v Hearns II.
  6. NBA
  7. Lacrosse. Another one of those see one game in person and you're hooked.
  8. Sorry, Manny, Rodeo isn't a sport.
  9. Nascar isn't either.
  10. Kentucky Derby gets all the attention, but the best Triple Crown race is Belmont.

Alex Holowczak

  1. NHL
  2. Formula One (season starts in a month!)
  3. Snooker
  4. Rugby - especially the Six Nations - 2007 Rugby World Cup later in the year.
  5. Cricket - World Cup starts in a month.
  6. NFL - If the Super Bowl was on earlier, it would be higher up the list.
  7. Indianapolis 500 - The rest of US racing is a bit... well... "crap".
  8. Hockey - The sort on grass not ice.
  9. World Series - The meaningful stuff after the exhibition beforehand.
  10. International Football - I like International everything really.

Drpatriot

  1. NFL - The New England Patriots are my favorite team to watch, before anything.
  2. College Football - The Michigan Wolverines are a close 2nd.
  3. MLB - The Red Sox have also captured my loyalty.
  4. NHL - The Detroit Red Wings are another great team.
  5. High School Football - Not so much to watch as to play in, but that's alright.
  6. Boxing, though I don't watch it a lot, is another favorite of mine.

I am a cpcp

  1. MLB - The Tribe first, of course, then anyone else after that.
  2. NFL
  3. NBA
  4. College Football - The only college sport I'm really interested in.

I'd rather see meaningful edits personally... to stuff like this, or stuff added to this etc.

I'm glad I've seen Manny's new tactic to get himself to Number 1 - make edits for the sake of making edits. Rather than editing something worthwhile.

We need something like this to liven up the sports scene...

Yeah, I forgot the ponies on my list - the dogs are fun too.

Alex, (Other than to know what my stats are, I don't care what my stats are. I don't care where my stats rank - if you want me to, I'll create a new user name and start at zero) the idea behind the "edit in lieu of comment" was to get people who don't normally edit to get better at editing.

And so you know, I don't actually go around editing for the sake of racking up stats. Also, I HAVE contributed in other ways that just editing article spelling errors, changing my profile page and editing talk pages...

I'm still pissed I missed the Weiner Nationals. I was gonna take the kids and write an article covering it. Forgot all about it until I saw them cover it on the news. They skip the greyhounds and whippets for the night and race Daschunds instead. PLUS the have 50 cents hot dogs at the concessions... Most dog racing tracks are in seedy neighborhoods. Betting on dogs is less rewarding than playing slots.

Yeah, well they have the big one down in Tampa, and I went down to it with some teammates after a game a few years ago. First time to a dog track, (mind you I love the ponies) and there is this 1 dog supossed to be the best thing since sliced bread. SO I go to the window drop bout 20 bucks on it. The race starts, the lil rabbit jumps out the gate, and my dog, the odds down fav, is sitting at the gate licking its butt. Ive never liked the dog track since then.

Was his name Santa's Little Helper? At least it was a cleanly canine... Would you bet on a dirt butted dog? In-bred Racing Dogs are near impossible to handicap acurately. In-bred Racing Horses are much easier...

No Santas helper. But I guess at least if he was clean he could take off and run a bit faster... Yeah I can handle horse racing a lot better. Feel like there is at least some skill involved.
