Doug Skene (Douglas C. Skene) was born on June 17, 1970 in Fairview, Texas. After going to high school at Allen (Fairview, TX), Skene attended the University of Michigan. Skene made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots for his entire 1 year career.
