Doug Rogers (Douglas Keith Rogers) was born on June 23, 1960 in Chico, California. After going to high school at Highland (Bakersfield, CA), Rogers attended Stanford University. Rogers made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 4 year career.

Most people believe that 1982 was Doug Rogers's best year.
