Doug Nussmeier (Douglas Keith Nussmeier) was born on December 11, 1970 in Portland, Oregon. After going to high school at Lakeridge (Lake Oswego, OR), Nussmeier attended the University of Idaho. Nussmeier made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1996 was Doug Nussmeier's best year.
