Doug Marrone (Douglas Charles Marrone) was born on July 25, 1964 in Bronx, New York. After going to high school at Herbert L. Lehman (Bronx, NY), Marrone attended Syracuse University. Marrone made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins over the course of his 2 year career.
