Doug Howard (Douglas Lynn Howard) was born on February 6, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He made his Major League debut on September 6, 1972 for the California Angels. Howard played for the California Angels, St. Louis Cardinals and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 5 year career.
