Doug Hart (Douglas Wayne Hart) was born on June 6, 1939 in Handley, Texas. After going to high school at Handley (Fort Worth, TX), Hart attended the University of Texas-Arlington. Hart made his professional debut in the NFL in 1964 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1965 was Doug Hart's best year, as he picked off 4 passes and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
