Doug Bartlett (Douglas William Bartlett) was born on May 22, 1963 in Springfield, Illinois. After going to high school at Griffin (Springfield, IL), Bartlett attended Northern Illinois University. Bartlett made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
