Doug Allen (Douglas Ferguson Allen) was born on November 13, 1951 in Tampa, Florida. After going to high school at West (Corning, NY), Allen attended Pennsylvania State University. Allen made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1974 was Doug Allen's best year.
