Donnel Thompson (Donnel A. Thompson) was born on February 17, 1978 in Madison, Wisconsin. After going to high school at West (Madison, WI), Thompson attended the University of Wisconsin. Thompson made his professional debut in the NFL in 2000 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Indianapolis Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 2 year career.
