Donald Frank (Donald Lee Frank) was born on October 24, 1965 in Edgcombe County, North Carolina. After going to high school at Tarboro (NC), Frank attended Winston Salem State University. Frank made his professional debut in the NFL in 1990 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers, Minnesota Vikings and Los Angeles Raiders over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1993 was Donald Frank's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
