Don Sutherin (Donald Paul Sutherin) was born on February 29, 1936 in Empire, Ohio. After going to high school at Toronto (OH), Sutherin attended Ohio State University. Sutherin made his professional debut in the NFL in 1959 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1959 was Don Sutherin's best year.
