Born on September 27, 1962 in Roselle, Illinois, Don Schulze (Donald Arthur Schulze) played for the Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Indians, New York Mets, San Diego Padres and New York Yankees over the course of his 6 year career. Schulze broke into the bigs on September 13, 1983 with the Chicago Cubs, and put up a 5.08 ERA in 88.2 innings pitched in 1984, his rookie year.
